“A lovely, balanced hot sauce that I drizzled on blueberry pancakes yesterday. Pineapple and ginger are at the front, and the pepper heat takes a backseat. This could be a dipping sauce for my palate.”

“I was hesitant at first Bc I thought that the pineapple would be over powering, but it definitely isn’t. Also, the viscosity of it is perfect.. not too runny and not too thick”

“It’s hard to go wrong with ginger and pineapple and this sauce is no different. I’ve used it on morning eggs, on vegan nuggets, and also in some spicy Chinese cooking. Really a great sauce!”

“So friggin good! If you want a sauce that delivers on flavour and heat, the Goat is where it’s at. The pineapple and ginger give this sauce a great start and then the reaper comes for a visit for a spicy finish.”

“I love the OG. Great flavour that’s starts off nice and sweet with the pineapple notes, ginger kicks in and then BAM a kick of spice from the reapers. Love it on wings or adding to a stir fry.”
