“This sauce delivers exactly what's advertised: smoked onions. Rich, delicious, sweet smoked onions, tomato and tamarind, with little heat, perfect for burgers, which I just used it on. This would be good on anything I can think of - pulled pork, sausages, chicken, marinade or dip. Good work, Neil.”

“A very sweet, onion-forward, low-heat hot sauce with notable smoke, tomato, and mild vinegar flavors. I liked it with chicken most. It is extremely thick. I use a BBQ skewer to get it out of the bottle, which is appropriate with the sugary tomato flavor being very close to a BBQ sauce. It can last overnight in the fridge upsidedown and the sauce will stay on the bottom. I like the flavor, and will buy it again.”
