“I bought this sauce because Sean Evans said it was one of his top five favorites of all time. But I don’t really like it much at all, and neither does my hot sauce, eating sun. As the name implies, it is like a pico de gallo, kind of a salsa vibe and mouth feel. I think it might go well in guacamole or something, but otherwise I haven’t found anything I like it on. Definitely not wings.”

“This sauce has so much umami. Almost nutty to me. All the flavors are meld together. Not too salty, not too vinegarly, not too spicy. This reminds me creamy(mulcified Mexican salsa) It's a mouth heaven. It goes great for any types of foods. Perfectly savory. I love the cat label. It's got a funky vibe but nothing funky about this hot sauce. Just super delicious! Definitely one of the best hot sauces I've ever purchased.”
