“We tried Pico Rico on some fried catfish (along with a few other sauces seen on Hot Ones). It’s super tasty! The flavor is tricky to explain. It has a unique zing to it and goes exceptionally well on the fish! Had it with some cheesy veggies and black eyed peas to ring in the New Year while streaming live Phish at MSG. Happy New Year! “I absolutely love this sauce and I can see why it's one of Sean's favorites of the season. It has such a unique flavor profile that I use it on everything. Chicken thighs, chicken breasts, burgers, even made a pulled pork rub using this sauce.”
