“If you do not like banana, do not get this hot sauce. It is very banana forward. It has an enjoyable level of heat and a pleasant sweetness and tang. However, I hate banana. This is wayyyy too banana-y for me.”

“I put this on my salads. I used to put hot pepper flakes on everything to get the kick, but now I have the kick and a wonderful flavor. Considering I don't ever enjoy eating sweet things, I'm surprised how much I like the sweetness of this sauce. The heat is perfect for regular use: I can feel it, but it doesn't make my nose run. I'll be buying more for myself and my hot-head friends.”
