I was really excited to try it but my order never showed up. I ordered from here a couple of times and it always was delivered by UPS. This one said it was delivered by DoorDash which seemed odd for an online order from a store. I contacted them to let them know. They responded to give it another day and see if it shows up and if it doesn’t they’ll make it right. It never showed and I contacted them several times letting them know and haven’t received a response. It’s now been over a week and I guess I’m just out the money and no sauce. Lesson learned I guess.

I don't like vinegar by itself, but as a fan of Eastern North Carolina BBQ our sauce is vinegar based and takes on new life when soaked into meat. The same is true of this sauce. It would be perfect on a BBQ sandwich, but it's also terrific on wings.

The spice was a lot which is something I don't really mind at all, what got me was the smell and the taste. The smell was something I wasn't used to and it was just odd to me but I think that's because of the whiskey. Same with the taste, it was just the same as the smell. Its still good but I think I just need to mix it with something or add it onto the right thing..

I think the sauce is great however it could be too much for anyone who dislikes vinegar. The apple cider vinegar is very pronounced. I use apple cider vinegar anytime I’m smoking pork so this sauce is right at home with pork BBQ. I also found it to pair well with eggs and omelets. With November coming so soon I’m excited to try it with holiday ham.

Delicious! Date and balsamic notes up front with a creeping heat at the end. Using it far faster than I expected I would.

Insanely good flavor and perfect punch of heat. I have been putting it on everything from chili, to wings, to Italian food
