“When used on wings, the avocado took the forefront. The kiwi adds a subtle sweetness to this sauce that is best enhanced by pairing I found my favorite use so far as an unconventional accompaniment to baked brie. The sweetness of the sauce, paired with the mild sourness of the brie was surprisingly delicious. I definitely want to keep a supply in my pantry.”
