“It's really hot (hotter than I am used to)but that flavor comes through and you can taste all the notes mentioned. This Red Flag is GREEN to GO!”

“I was very skeptical of a grape-first sauce. Like with wine, the flavors and grapes they're using here aren't supermarket sweet seedless and I'm a bit embarrassed that I thought it might taste like hot Welch's. It's got a unique flavor, but not worlds away from a fruity habanero mixed with a more red pepper taste. I was very pleasantly surprised, and found it good with eggs and chicken.”

“Red Flag is pretty darn hot, more than medium level, but not inedible. Good for mixing with food rather than using as a dipping sauce. Also good mixed with milder sauces like the Classic.”

“This is my absolutely favorite sauce. I eat it every morning on my eggs. A little goes a long way. The flavor is simply delicious.”
