“I wasn't sure what to expect with this one, but based on the glowing reviews, I decided to give it a try. Wow am I glad I did! This sauce is thick and chunky with a great smoky, complex flavor. From the ingredients list, it didn't seem like it would have much going on beyond pepper heat, but it really doesn't taste like that at all. It's also not nearly as hot as I expected, based on watching folks eat it on Hot Ones. For me, perfect flavor and heat level. This is seriously my new favorite hot sauce, go ahead and order some already!”
