“This is a nice, balanced sauce with some interesting notes. The Honduran liquor starts you off with a subtle sweet flavor, then a big punch of turmeric that lingers for a long time, with a sharp peppery bite that pushes it from a Mild to a Medium heat.”

“Powerful sauce with a mighty turmeric kick. While I like it, I haven't found it as versatile. The flavor really shines on potatoes of any kind. Haven't found other uses nearly as simpatico.”

“This guy can go on ANYTHING. Pizza, sandwhiches, hot dogs, even curry if you're lookin to spice it up. The taste is perfectly mild but the heat has a niiiiiiiice impact. This is HOT, but just enough to enjoy. My spice tolerance is quite high so you've been warned, I can eat this comfortably but if it was a little hotter it'd be a real challenge haha. Love the turmeric in it!! I generally add turmeric to all my cooking because it's good for digestion so this is a great thing to add to meals I don't prepare myself!”
