Mellow and a bit sweet, this is a hot sauce for all uses

I love Chile Lengua de Fuego sauces, and this sauce has some of the usual flavor qualities you get with that brand, but in this case, the coffee flavor is just way too strong and throws everything out of balance. I really like Queen Majesty's habanero coffee hot sauce, but she infuses the vinegar with the coffee, whereas this one tastes like they just dumped a ton of coffee into it. Note that coffee is the first listed ingredient - if they just dialed it back a good bit, this sauce might make 4 or 5 stars.

It’s tasty with a little kick. I have been dabbing it on most anything.

Judging by all the super positive reviews maybe I'm the weird on. The flavor is decent, if not good on the right kind of food. I just am not a fan of the consistency - it's way too thin. You either get nothing or completely drench your food. For sure my least favorite of the last three I bought.

Hands down this is my daughter's favorite sauce and I'd put it in the household top 20. May not sound like a high score but with 5 pepperheads and over 150 sauces on the wall I'd say that's pretty good. Great on wings and even better as part of a steak marinade. So many complex flavor and heat notes that satisfy everyone

New favorite. Wonderful flavor that pairs well with everything. That hint of sweetness really makes it for me. This one is a definite keeper.

This sauce has a rich umami flavor that I find delectable. I've added it to lasagna and stuffed peppers. It really compliments beef and rice. Eat with pork rinds or whatever too. I'm going to marinate some beef with it later this week for smoked chili. This sauce has zero heat though. Which is fine, but I think it's mis-marketed and could be popular with a wider lot of consumers if it was called a steak sauce or marinade or something. Nevertheless, I love it.

Great sauce for eggs in the morning! Pretty mild heat, nice sweetness, and a great punch of coffee flavor.
