Complex flavor-love the chocolate under current. Everything works great together. I park this at a “3” heat wise which is my happy place with sauces anyway.

Pairing this with chicken and melted cheese is the best combination of flavors I've ever experienced in a hot sauce. Quesadillas have never tasted so incredible.

There are not many hot sauces with a flovor such as this. I like ground coffee as a seasoning so it's as if I made this for myself.

Very good flavor. This sauce is hot but you can still taste every ingredient in it. Everyone that tried it enjoyed it.

I love this unique sauce. It's like a mole version of hot sauce. You can really taste the chocolate but it's not super sweet. Love it on my Mexican food dishes, also great on eggs and tofu.

MIND BLOWN!!!! This is now my go-to hot sauce for smoky-sweet. Not too hot, but with a nice warmth & an outstanding flavor this sauce is a total winner!

Smoke blended with a brown sugar sweetness, the gentle lingering heat of the ghost pepper, and just a touch of a chocolate note. One of my absolute favorites. Gives me Central Mexico mole vibes. This is the one I reach for when having tamales, enchiladas, and sometimes roasted meats.

The sauce does exactly as described. It’s a little too rich for me but I don’t want to give a rating based on my tastes. It meets the 4/10 heat rating. It has all of the sugary, Smokey, savory chipotle and ginger that does compliment Mexican food. Again just too sweet and rich for me. I probably should have tried to cut it with some lime and maybe a little vinegar.
