“For a mid level sauce I like either a good kick od head or a solid punch of flavor. This one is lacking in both areas in my opinion. I have used a lot of it so far just to overwhelm I am eating so that I can taste something. The flavors sadly dont stand out all that strongly. It helps bland food be more enjoyable but it isnt one of my goto sauces.”

“Love this sauce has a perfect heat could be a little hotter but I'm a sycho when it comes to heat it has a great smokey bell pepper flavor if you like nice vibrant pepper flavors this is the one for you”

“Good amount of heat but nothing memorable unfortunately. I was looking specifically for scotch bonnet notes but I got lost in the melange of peppers.”

“I bought this hot sauce in Costa Rica and I fell in love with it, so I bought 3 bottles of it from Heatonist, but sadly the taste is vastly different than the one I got in Costa Rica. It’s spicy but it has no flavor, and the color and consistency is totally different. It would have cost me $14 to return this sauce so I ended up keeping it, but I’m super disappointed”

“I don't always like Bell Pepper sauces, yet this Chile Monoloco is delicious. The blend of all the peppers hits the right balance. It's a thin and runny sauce. Good amount of kick, yet not too hot. Great flavor for a medium/hot hot sauce. I always taste test my new hot sauces on some air fried chicken breast (see pic).”

“Pretty dang delicious! Throwing this on wings or even aiming for a Costa Rican style meat to marinade or even just right to the dish, this sauce adds a whole lotta love. I usually aim for the hotter side of sauces, for those seeking that blaze I wouldn't say this one would be for you. Not enough fire for the pros but just enough heat for tame tongues. Where it meets for either side is it's amazing flavor!”
