My girl decided to surprise me with this sauce now that I have been spending most of my day cooking. The flavor of bae is VERY unique, and it continues to grow on me each day. My favorite foods so far would have to be either pork or steak, both paired really well. I am someone with a high spice tolerance, so this sauce is definitely on the mild side but it's advertised as a mild sauce, so no complaints! Also, I tried this on pizza and loved it - I used to argue that pineapple didn't go on pizza but I guess I can't make that argument anymore.

I use this with everything and have gone through several bottles already. I never thought a tumeric hot sauce would make so many things taste amazing.

This is a very interesting one. I do feel like the Turmeric is maybe a touch too dominate but what do I know. It will not be a hot sauce that you would put on all your foods. My favorite is to add only a pork chop. It is pretty good with chicken as well. I quite possibly might keep one of these on hand because I liked it so much on that one dish (pork chops). I do wish it was hotter though. I like my Habanero peppers and was hoping this sauce would be hotter then the 2 that it was rated. Alas, the 2 was correct. Its still a good sauce. I am only giving it a 4 because imo it doesn't have as wide of an application as what other sauces have.

This is one I was a little underwhelmed taste wise but then I just had to find the right ingredients to put it with and it was pretty good. Not that hot though.

I recently hosted an event based on the Hot Ones challenge. 6 competitors and 11 sauces(bonus XXX hot ones #11). I am reviewing my line up with feedback from myself and 5 others. This was my #2 sauce. Taste wise this was probably number 2 or 3 out of my 11 sauce line up(all sauces rated 4 to 5 stars on this site). it wasn't what i was expecting but pretty friggin delicious. one of only 2(again out of 11) sauces where someone asked if they could have what was left of the bottle. Heat was once again present but pleasant. the 2 they have here might even be an over shot. Our spice hating contestants had 0 trouble with this. Taste - 4 of 5 Heat - 1 or 2 of 10

I'd give this a 4 if it were more versatile. Great flavour but very limited uses. Could use a little more kick.

Maybe my batch wasn't the best, but this tasted almost exactly like the taco bell Fire sauce. This is great in mexican food or tex mex, but just kinda underwhelming, especially with how delicious the description makes it seem.

Man oh man 'Sauce Bae' is one to remember. High notes of turmeric, cumin and just the right amount of habenero that sneaks up on you from the back that makes you say "Woah". I went into this one thinking that it would be a low light among all the heavy hitters in the hot sauce world but this one completely blew my mind and change my perspective of what hot sauce could be. Honestly i wanted to lick the bottle clean. It is just that good.
