“When I tried it for the first time it was a lot better than I expected. It wasn't too spicy and overall had a good flavor. It is really good inside of breakfast burritos and chicken fried rice. I also use it to make spicy mayo, and it makes a very good spicy mayo.”

“Absolutely amazing. I smoked a Turkey for Thanksgiving with MAPLE WOOD. This release and timing of the Creole Maple Hot Sauce was perfect. I have had several bottles of Dustin Poiriers Sauce and they are great. I've gifted several too.”
