“This sauce runs right to the edge of enjoyable spicy and too spicy/overpowering. The masala inspired sauce brings a delicious curry and cumin heat to whatever dish it joins. My favorite way to eat it has been with eggs and potatoes. The sauce is quite strong and I’ve enjoyed it the most when paired with a starch to draw it out a bit so it doesn’t overpower the other flavors in your dish. Overall fantastic sauce, one of my favorites of the season and only lasted about a month in my fridge.”

“This is the hot sauce that could get me "into" hot sauces. The flavor profile is incredible. I think of it like a mix of my mom's home made mole, and a classic island jerk. It's *HOT* - but that heat is 100% backed up by incredible flavors. I can't get enough of this one.”

“Thought it would be mild, I was wrong. Has good heat and lingering after burn. At first has a bit of a cinnamon or tamarind flavor that gets fruity before it sets in the heat.”

“Diggity dank. Perfect balance of heat and flavor. The spices are harmonious as fuck. Great sauce to keep you particularly warm thru the winter. Might make you cream your panties.”
