“At first I honestly didn't like it. It was too sweet and a little too vinegar forward however the more I used it the more I liked it. I usually mix this with other spices or into food that needs the sweet and tangy balance.”

“This is a staple at our house! Love it on a egg cheese sandwich, mixed with mayo on salmon and rice, on nachos, etc! I dont even like vinegar flavors and this doesn't have that same tinge. Its my favorite and Im a new hot sauce lover.”

“This is a very opinionated hot sauce that won't work on every food. Because of the vinegar, it's a bit too much by itself, but on the right foot it adds a wonderful accent. We like it on fried chicken.”
