“It is absolutely as hot as they say it is. However, don't let the knowledge of the heat take away from this sauces incredible flavor. I'm so glad to have put this in my order and not DaBomb. This sauce actually tastes amazing. 10/10”

“To me, hot sauce should be flavorful, not hot just for the sake of being hot. That is just a one-time gimick. I love Watermelon and I love Hops -- two of my favorite flavors. Indeed, I like pop infused green tea, I drink super hoppy beer, and so I had to bite when I heard about this hot sauce made with watermelon which is another favorite of mine. Soon as the package arrived I had to sample so I made a Thai salad using watermelon (instead of papaya and used the Alchemy Watermelon Hop Sauce. Wow! Wow! and more Wow! It has a unique flavor I have not experienced in any other hot sauce. And make no mistake, this is HOT. Very Hot. For reference, when I get Thai food I order it "Thai hot" and this is considerably hotter than that. It is right at the limit of how hot I personally like to go. Unless you can eat Carolina reapers like popcorn, use it sparingly. A little bit goes a long way. But again, it's not hot just for hot sake, it's exceptionally tasty as well. I also want to praise the Hestonist shipping department because my order arrived fast and as expected. This was my first order and I will be ordering again. Lots of great sauces here.”
