“I purchased several hot sauces under the medium profile. I like gentle to moderate heat with big flavors. This sauce was delicious. Other "medium" sauces I purchased were so hot I cannot use them except in cooking.”

“Nice mild hot sauce. Rated 2/10 for heat which seems correct. Could taste garlic and vinegar. Just tried it on hash browns and t was delicious.”
