“This was one of the two Last Dab™ sauces I decided to try. Xperience and Apollo. I used small wings and flats cooked in an oven with an oil toss and salt and pepper at 450°. When they were near completion, I used a culinary brush to apply the sauce. Both sauces were hot. I have to say that I poured more Xperience on the un-treated wings than I did the Apollo sauce, even though Apollo was (slightly) more mild. Xperience offered a challenging heat with a smooth taste that I poured on my breakfast burrito the day after our group challenge. Apollo is great and more accessible if spiciness is your limiting factor, but Xperience Xpertly brings your hot wing experience home with an elevated flavor per Scoville (FPS).”

“Delicious! Smokey, pepperi, not too spiced, really good though it didn't compact the amount of heat I expected it to. which is good, since it made it palletable and not just battery acid. I'm at the end of my bottle within a week.”

“I was honestly surprised at my ability to handle the heat. It did bring the heat, but not like I expected. I've grown Tabasco and Jalapeños that made me react more to the heat.”

“I was expecting I would be taken to a hospital after eatig this but itwas not really that hot. The previous pepper x sauce I bought years ago seemed to be hotter. Not sure why though.”
