“Never received. Tracking showed they sent it to china. Shipped on October 19th. Customer support replied they would look into it on november 1st. Still didnt get any updates from them as of november 11th. Paid 18$ for shipping. Really disapointed”

Thanks so much for your patience! Sorry it took a bit to get to the bottom of this. It looks like when your sauce got to USPS, they encoded the wrong country code so these were sent to China instead of Canada. We were told these would be re-routed but with that said, it looks like your sauce is really taking its sweet time! At this point, would you prefer: 1. A refund for your order? 2. A reshipment of the sauce? 3. Or wait it out a bit longer! There is a very very good chance this will still deliver, so we ask you please to refuse the package whether we reship or refund you.
