Very hot and super good. Just add it to anything to heat it up.

Has a nice pepper flavor, but didn't seem as hot as Apollo. I expected more from "The Xperience"

this sauce really made me realize just how delicious Pepper X is & sad that we aren't able to buy Pepper X seeds yet (though that sadness is mitigated by the fact I even have this sauce: only Pepper X with a bit of vinegar). often i'll pour out a little onto a spoon and just have it straight bc that pure pepper flavor, the earthy floral tones & the flourishes of fruitiness, is really REALLY good. certainly tastes less "mean" than scorpion or reaper despite being hotter. so far in cooking ive used it mostly in the way you'll see people using da bomb (a few drops in a soup/chile/gumbo/etc to light it up) though ive had a far better time with this sauce bc no matter how hot you make a dish you'll only elevate the flavor unlike da bomb which, if overdone, will ruin a dish with its metallic flavor. an easy point of comparison is Ed Currie's Gator Sauce, also using Pepper X as the primary ingredient (of 3 total). though while their flavors are v similar, gator sauce is much more vinegary (& by extension runny, less hot) & also includes reaper powder which does introduce hints of sharper fruity notes of the reaper. gator sauce i find easier to put onto things not only bc it's a bit less hot while still having the pepper x flavor but also bc i just find myself not wanting to use xperience on much (other than a few drops in soups). I want to savor it for itself rather than slathering it ontop of wings or fries or pizza. where else will you find such a pure concentration of that wonderful pepper x flavor? one of my favorites in my current collection, 9/10 sauce

Has a nice heat flavor but the pepper flavor is short lived.
