It isn't very hot, but it is a delicious vinegar sauce.

I love this mild sauce blend. Not overwhelming has good favor. This is not meant to be the Rooster sauce. If Gabe W wants to send me his leftovers I will pay the shipping cost. . . let me know.

It tastes vaguely of pickle water with a hint of pepper. Too sweet. Not enough garlic. Nowhere close to the OG sriracha that’s been using pickled garlic in its recipe for almost 100 years. I wasn’t going to try it because of the shady marketing but I had to see how bad it was (I guess the joke’s on me for buying it). I wasn’t disappointed, it’s bad. Nice try though.

Love this! The pickled flavor is just delicious and goes with any asian dishes. Been putting it in my momofuku noodles every day!

This Sriracha can give the cock sauce a run for its money. It’s slightly sweeter yet got great flavor and good quick punch. I wish the bottle was bigger.

This is the sriracha I have been hoping would come along before I even knew it. Spicy, garlicky, with a slight funk to it. It needs to be in my kitchen as a staple because the old rooster brand is always a fave, for me, but this one I don’t want to run out of.

This is absolutely fantastic and a great everyday multi-purpose hot sauce. We’ve tried it on chicken thighs, deviled eggs/egg salad (weirdly delicious), pizza, steamed vegetables, and with veggies and dip. It gives a nice light vinegar punch and mellows into a lingering warmth that really enhances both sweet and savory flavors in everything we’ve tried it in so far. It’s great if you love hot sauce but have family members that aren’t hugely in to heat. Will be trying in a homemade relish condiment for meats and sausages next. Would also recommend as a great addition to hummus or coleslaw!
