“I do love spicy food, but I like it to have flavor, not simply obnoxious levels of heat but tastes like raw sewage. This hot sauce has exactly what I was looking for, a great balanced flavor and a strong, but not painful heat. Eating it on a ham steak now, making chicken with it next on the grill. Love it!”

“I know a lot of people will talk about the kick and the spice but I have to say this sauce actually tastes straight out delicious. Last year I made a baked ham with this as the glaze - Utterly splendid!”
