So sorry to hear you didn't care for this sauce. The Bravado team was definitely going for something super simple here (it's a 5 ingredient sauce!). Pro tip for reading the ingredients lists on our product pages: the first two items are the most in terms of quantity. So with blueberry and white vinegar as the main components, it's definitely going to be a sour one! A lot of folks who come to the shop like the tartness, but we totally understand it's not for everyone. :) Try adding it to a marinade so the fruit sugars caramelize while cooking - it'll mellow the flavor out.

“This one has some HEAVY heat for me, but aftertastes to something really sweet. I like to add it to zesty herbs or goat milk based cheeses. Goes really well with spicy dill meat rubs, or tame cheese flavor mixing. Doesn't work to well over melted cheese, but really nice with cold cheeses.”

“I was very excited about this one, but I’m definitely not a fan. I love apple cider vinegar and I thought this would be a win, but it just tastes bitter.”

Sorry to hear you didn't like this one! If it was too bitter for your liking, we'd recommend trying it in a marinade as the vinegar and blueberry will caramelize when cooked!
