“Los calientes has been one of my favorite sauces. I was very disappointed with the removal of the serrano and smoke serrano chilis. They are bringing back the smoked red jalapenos which really makes me sad. Give us another serrano based sauce. Idk what to add but a variation would be amazing!”

Hi there - The original Los Calientes with the serranos isn't going anywhere so you can always keep purchasing that one! :) We thought the sweetness of the smoked red jalapenos played well with the chipotle for this version.

“I love this sauce!!! My twin sister and I opened the bottle up today and it’s almost gone!!! its perfectly smoky balanced with a mild sweetness and just enough heat to keep you coming back for more, and more and more!!!”

“This checked all my boxes. I love Los Calientes rojo, and smoky chipotle flavor. My new favorite! Great complex flavor - enough heat to make me slow down but keep coming back for more!”
