One of the best tasting mild/medium sauces out there. If they made a sauce this tasty at around the 100-150k Scoville level, I would make it my every day sauce.

Very tasty. It's hot, but you barely notice it with the amazing flavor.

Great taste! Only problem is it has almost not spice. Can easily go through a bottle in a weekend.

I love the taste, and it is hard to explain the taste but its like the perfect mustard-taste with a combination of spices that can not be made better hehe. I would order this every month have it not been for me living in Norway, the toll is so expencive (so i order it in bunches but not so often). My friends love this sauce too, chicken and even pizza is amazing with this! I also dare to mix this with the last dab for a combination of heavenly tastes and a hellfire if hotness!

I was interested in this sauce after hearing a lot of people on Hot Ones say it had a great flavor. My husband and I both agreed: we liked them on wings, but loved them on Tex-Mex, Mexican, and Hispanic foods. Tacos, pupusas, burritos, enchiladas, etc. This can be subbed in for a salsa verde, and while it can be used wherever a hot sauce normally would, it really shines on Hispanic-style dishes. The spice level is nice as well.
