“Really great balance of heat, vinegar, and flavor. I'm not crazy about a lot of vinegar in my hot sauces because it overwhelms everything else, but Los Calientes really has a great balance of everything! Using this on my breakfast meals brings excitement and tons of flavor!”

“It has an interesting flavor profile for sure. It has sort of a Caribbean jerk flavor to it but then on the backend it definitely brings the heat. But it’s not so overwhelming of a heat that the sauce isn’t still enjoyable. 9/10, I would definitely recommend!”

“This is one of the best hot sauces I've had. This gives you the blend of taste and spice that makes it perfect for everyday use. My only complaint is that it doesn't come in a bigger bottle!”

“The balance between flavor and heat is excellent. Hot with excellent flavor. It isn't hot just for the sake of heat. Smoky and sweet with that great punch of heat. I've used this as an ingredient in meals, but it is just as good putting on eggs for breakfast or adding a kick to pizza. This will definitely stay in my permanent sauce lineup!”

“I was excited to get this sauce because so many guest on Hot Ones spoke highly of it. It has not disappointed. The taste and heat add great flavor to any meal. I really like to use this sauce when eating tacos, enchiladas, chimichangas, or as a dressing in a taco salad.”
