“It's a nice sauce with the cooler flavors of serrano, but this sauce is honestly not tasty after you've had the Rojo version. Unless you really want a salsa verde feel, the Rojo wins every time as a better sauce (at least my palate prefers that blend way more).”

“we hosted a hot wing eating contest for a youth group event. i bought a sampler pack and recieved XXX last dab, los calientes, and original hot. the los calientes was by far the most delicious sauce. plenty of heat, with a great mix of savory and sweet. It was probably the most delicious wing i've experienced.”

“This is a very sweet heat to me, I usually favor sauces that aren't overbearing in their heat but hot enough to have a kick to them. This is one of those middle-of-the-road sauces which doesn't leave me wanting more spice but also has enough spice that it satisfies the urge for hot sauce. It's not too vinegary, and that is plus. I've cooked chili with this, I've topped tacos with this, I've used it on plain waffles, it is just an all around fantastic sauce”
