“First it tastes tangy and green like tomatillo. Then it tastes like cumin. Then sweet and a little vinegary. Lastly it adds some heat. I was originally cautious with this one because of the 5/10 heat rating but it's just not that hot. It much improved a so-so sloppy Joe when liberally applied.”

“I'm a big fan of Hot Ones and noticed several guest stars (including Gordon Ramsay) stopped in their tracks when they met this sauce, and commented on how good it was. I was curious and ordered myself 2 bottles and am so happy I did. This stuff is flat-out AMAZING. Smoky, fruity, sweet, and then when you least expect it, BAM the heat hits you - and it's just the right amount of heat; nothing overpowering. There are hot sauces out there that dominate the flavor of whatever you put it on, and then there are hot sauces that compliment or add to the flavor of what you're eating - this sauce is the latter. It is an excellent "every day" hot sauce, and I can't wait to try the Los Calientes Rojo as soon as it releases!! Do yourself a favor and order at least 2 bottles of this amazing sauce.”

“I've had alot of hot sauces and los Calientes is my favorite by far! The right heat and even better flavour. My only complaint is that I live in Canada so after shipping and dollar difference it's about 30 bucks a bottle, that and I wish I could by it by the liter! Or gallon for you Americans”

“This is the best hot sauce I have ever tasted... And I eat a LOT of hot sauce. The heat vs. Flavour on this sauce is perfect. Sweet, flavourful and firey without being overbearing or painful. I understand that some people eat extreme hot sauce just for the burn and flavour be damned, but this sauce is simply a "good eatin' sauce" that actually enhanced the food it is put on. Great job! I will be buying more of this.”

“I honestly am a wimp when it comes to spicy food. I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend because we binge Hot Ones all the time and he was so interested in trying this sauce. I gave it a try as well due to all of the hype about it on the show and WOW. I don't even like spice but now I buy chicken wings just so I can have some Los Calientes. The flavor is amazing and perfectly balances with the heat. Not only is it the best hot sauce but I'd argue it's also the best wing sauce. Highly recommend.”

“I have tried nearly all the sauces on Hot Ones, and this is my stand-out favorite. The sweetness lulls you into a false comfort on the first bite. It's like a hot sauce hug. Then on the second bite, the heat introduces itself and the fire begins to build. The great part is, the fire never exceeds the flavor in the battle for tour attention. Yes, it gets hot, but unlike lesser sauces, the heat doesn't make you forget about how it tastes. Excellent everyday sauce! I'm ordering more right now.”

“I love love this sause out of the trio box this was the best ! Got it as a gift for my husband and I for christmas. Omg I'm so in love with the amount of flavor this sause has. Sweet and then bam! Spicy.. I will deff order more of this sause !”
