“I received this glorious hot sauce, that I want to put on EVERYTHING, earlier today. I tried it and was immediately blown away with flavor but I hate saying that I feel El Yucatecos Red Chili Habanero packs more of a punch. Maybe it’s my pallet but I feel that at 36,000 scoville I would get a bigger punch than El Yucateco which is at 5,790 scoville. Maybe it was a weak batch as well but $18 after shipping compared to El Yucateco for $1.77 at Walmart? This may just be the last time I get this bottle. I will cherish it until the last drop because the flavor is phenomenal and better than El Yucateco but it just doesn’t give me the heat I expected or wanted.”

“So I thought I only liked red sauces until I tried Los Calientes. Its the perfect combination of sweet tropical and earthy richness. You cannot pass up on this sauce its so good you'll forget that its spicy and only focus on the mystifying flavor.”

“I fried some fish up last night after receiving my order. I couldn't wait to try it. I put a dab on my finger to see what it might be like. That quick rush of capsaicin burn followed by a rather lovely flavor. I am absolutely impressed! It is SO good! We ended up putting it on the fish and in a bowl of grits. It was a phenomenal addition to the meal. Way to go, y'all. You've got a home run hot sauce right here! We will be returning for more!”

“I purchased this recently and ordered some plain wings and tried this sauce. Fantastic mix of sweet and heat. Made my head tingle and sweat but my tongue had to have more. I watch the show all the time and see how many guests love this sauce. They are right. Its very very good. 5/10 I dont know about that felt more like a 3 to me. You wont be disappointed.”
