“To me this is like if you took every exciting or spicy flavor of Tex-Mex and put it in a portable bottle. This sauce has some very bright notes and can cut through anything you put on it. It's the perfect acid to balance a heavy dish and turn it into something wonderful!”

“I received my Heatonist order today which included this Los Calientes hot sauce. I was eager to try it out so I poured some in a bowl and ate it with restaurant style corn chips ===>>> Great flavor, but it's too hot for me with just corn chips. I'll be adding it to larger food items so I'm not getting hit directly with the sauce. Since this felt pretty hot to me I can't imagine what the guests are going through on the Hot Ones interviews at 7/10 and higher. That's insane!”

“So technically, Gene Olczak says he worked on the optics of the James Webb telescope and is not, in fact, a rocket scientist. But he helped make the next generation space telescope, so close enough for me. This stuff is great. It’s not that hot, and has lots of flavor. If you want to torture yourself, buy something with a skull and crossbones in it. If you’d prefer to enjoy your food, give this a try.”

“This is hands down the best hot sauce I've ever had. I've had it on wings, breakfast tacos and chicken tacos. It has a nice kick to it, but doesn't overpower the sweet and smoky flavor. I am looking forward to ordering my next bottle.”

“Very rarely do you find a sauce that has an amazing flavor with a nice heat kick to it. This one however hits you right in the feels. Want to spice up some tacos? No problem. Take that pizza to the next level? Yep, it does that. The truly only downfall to this product. Is that you cannot order it by the gallon.”

“Taco night has never been better! We also have eaten on breakfast burritos and it is amazing!!! We have ordered a couple of the three pack sets and this is the one sauce we keep reordering. I think we're on our 6th bottle and even my kids love it although it does pack a spice.”
