“I personally did not care for this one, the smokey roast flavor with the tangy sweetness didn't blend well for me on most things....but I did find it went great on some chicken wings lol imagine that. So we used the last half of the bottle for a rack of wings and my friends LOVED them. Given how much everyone else enjoyed it, I gotta give it four starts instead of three.”

“This hot sauce is literally the best thing ever. I make sure to have a bottle at home at all times as well as try to keep one at work but my coworkers keep using it all up - and I can't blame them for it. It's the absolute perfect blend of heat and flavor. Dab it on a Hawaiian pizza. You won't regret it. My only complaint is that they don't sell it in gallon jugs. For real, give me a handle of this stuff because ordering it by the bottle isn't keeping me well stocked.”

“My first taste with this putting it on a spoon, not great. Then I put it on food, excellent! I suggest using this with meat, add some elements around the meat to balance the flavor. Delicious on chicken or pork sausage.”

“We got a multipack with the classic, Los Calientes, and last dab. they were all good but I particularly liked this Los Calientes! LOTS of flavour and a really good amount of heat! Just enough to sting the lips a bit and turn up the heat inside your mouth. Not enough to hurt, just right! If you love a hot sauce with a bit of kick and lots of flavour, go for this!”

“The first thing I tried Los Calientes on was chicken wings, because... I mean, come on, blank slate. Strangely enough, while I love the sauce, I don't think it actually paired all that well with chicken wings. You know what it did pair well with, though? The tacos I had later. As the title says, this sauce has a salsa verde flavor to it, but kicked up several notches. Apply liberally to tacos, burritos, quesadillas, Spanish rice, or just eat it on tortilla chips. It works great for all of the above.”

“I've put this sauce on just about anything and though it's not very hot, it definitely has enough kick and flavor to have a perfect chemistry. I was hesitant to try it since I'm not a huge fan of apple flavor and this has a lot of Apple Cider ingredients, but put some on a taco or stew and it lights up the taste buds!”
