“This sauce is so tasty. Not too sweet or too sour. I think it is relatively hot but it could be much hotter, which means I go through it so fast.”

“I’ve had a bottle of Los Calientes Verdes for 4 days and it’s halfway gone. I’ve only used it on two meals, by myself. So. Good.”

“This is our “everything sauce” that gets splooshed on eggs, pizza, and noodles. It’s thin, so best to decant into a shaker bottle. It’s slightly sweet from apricots and has good vinegar hit- not too hot, so even people who can’t take heat love it.”
