“I generally like a little more punch to my hot sauces. This is mild, with a bright and pleasant flavor (think fresh greens). It works well if you're looking for something light-bodied to freshen up a dish, but it's just not what I wanted. If the heat level was kicked up two or three stars it would be perfect. While the flavor is there, it doesn't hit like a hot sauce as much as a condiment. Alas, this sauce is delegated to the "for guests who don't like spice" section of my collection.”
