“It has a nice bright, tangy, citrus flavor. Its not as spicy or smokey as I expected. Personally, I would classify it as a salsa not a hot sauce because it's runny and you can get away with using more unlike other hot sauces where you just want to use a couple drops. I would honestly put this at a level 1/10 spice. The spice is there but it doesn't linger. I wouldn't add it to something like ramen or anything with broth because it would change the flavor too much. But I would add it on a taco, burrito, some fried eggs, or chips.”
