“We have bought this sauce many times. It feels like lately they have thinned it out. It’s much more of a Tabasco consistency now where it used to be thicker. Changes the whole sauce and unfortunately not for the better”

Thanks for writing in about this and letting us know! We work exclusively with small batch hot sauce makers and sometimes batches vary. Every fruit and pepper grow is different, resulting in different densities of produce (for example water content etc.). “This is BY FAR my number one sauce!! I have been an enthusiast for quite some time but THIS is the one I buy the most (tied with Last Dab). It is balanced and flavorful and just the right amount of heat that it jacks up the flavor in any dish. I cannot recommend this enough to anyone who loves flavor!!”
