“This is my "go-to" hot sauce. It is very versatile mild-medium level heat with just the right amount of vinegar--apple cider vinegar, so it is sweet and more focused on the flavor of the green chilies. I love this sauce in my fried rice, on eggs, in tacos, on my quesadillas...honestly anything that needs a touch of heat and a bit of flavor.”
