I’m so sorry this sauce wasn’t for you! This is definitely a milder sauce that was designed for people of all different heat levels. You might want to double the amount you use! ;-) If you'd like a suggestion for something more to your taste, send an email to ilovehotsauce@heatonist.com

“This is one of the best balanced hot sauces I have ever tasted. It has ample heat but not so much as to cause distress. It has an amazing flavor with lots of zest offset by a fruity sweetness. The hint of cumin makes me want to use this as a marinade or in a chili dish. I love this stuff!”

“This is solid. Nice spice level throughout and yet just mild enough to not have regrets after a meal. This would be great for marinating but we put it on meats, tacos and eggs. This is our second bottle and we’ll likely buy more.”
