“Was very skeptical of a YouTube food product... It's pretty good. It won't be replacing my El Yucateco, but has a mild burn and toamtillo-forward flavor. As a non-spice eater, mayonnaise sandwich lover, the heat is entirely enjoyable. It isn't enough to even begin to elicit any physical reactions. I do which it was thicker or like an unbroken sauce as it's quite thin and runs off of a Tortilla chip. It's definitely a chip dipping sauce in my opinion. Doesn't make sense on chicken, unless in a taco. It's good, but I do have others I prefer in this vein.”

“First: This is the best verde sauce I’ve ever tasted. Or any hot sauce. It’s unbelievable. It’s like a fantasy flavor you imagine your favorite authentic Mexican burrito tastes in your memory. But it’s real. Second: Tummy trouble. I’ve painstakingly experimented. And even looked at the ingredients thoroughly and I can’t find a reason why this hot sauce reacts poorly with my tummy. I eat the Apollo sauce with no trouble. I might just be allergic to an ingredient. But even the smallest amount of this verde sauce causes BRUTAL tummy distress for me. I keep eating it though.”
