“I meant to order a different Los Calientes. However, that no longer matters because this stuff is great. Great flavor and perfect on nearly everything. I would even consider using it as a salad dressing.”

“Well first off i love your show my kid and i always watch it but as for eating it, I am not a fan of spice, its never been my thing and originally my kid got this sauce and the smell was so good i had to try it and i loved it. the flavour is amazing and i cannot imagine my fajitas or tacos without it now. Thank you for opening my my mind to spice”

“The title says it all. This stuff is wonderful. I was admittedly doubtful in the beginning, convinced that this was a sauce made with a popular show's credentials and nothing else. The Last Dab XXX changed that perception, and Los Calientes Verde cemented a new one: these guys know what they're doing! This sauce begs to be slathered, in copious amounts, on any taco you can think of. Just the first smell will tell you that. Sweet is the first thing you notice, but not overbearing, followed by a slight tart fruity flavor from the chilis and tomatillos. Heat is present, but is kinda hanging out in the background working the bassline: it's not front and center, in your face. It's just carrying the whole thing while letting all the lead parts (the tremendous flavors) sing out without you really noticing. That being said, all palettes are different: I had my wife try about four drops on a healthy spoonful of homemade chili (side note: TRY IT WITH HOMEMADE CHILI) and it lit her up. Cannot say enough good about this sauce (and Last Dab XXX), these folks know how to compose some masterpieces!”

“I think a hallmark of a good hotsauce is to have a good taste AND to have kick. I've never been a fan of hot sauce that exists just to cause pain, and has no flavor. Los Calientes is a fantastic blend of sweet flavor and delayed burn. The first hit is a cool, green chile dominant flavor with a unique sweetness to it. The burn comes through and sticks around without overpowering the taste making for an experience that makes you want more. I originally ordered a 3-pack of different sauces, but this is the one that I'll keep coming back for.”
