“This has got to be one of the best (eh... likely THE best) hot sauces or condiments that I've ever had! The tagline describes it pretty much perfectly: Smokey. Sweet. Amazing. I will keep a bottle of this in stock at all times now! The sauce is thick and stays where you want it to. There's a definite smokiness to it, but it's really well balanced and fresh tasting—smokey like a green chile, not like in-your-face liquid smoke concentrate. I'd say that the level of heat is a low-medium, but it lingers around a little bit and grows as you eat more to perhaps a low-hot level. There's just a touch of subtle sweetness that rounds out the pallet and helps this sauce blend with... well, just about anything! Heck, I put a little dab on some steamed broccoli the other day just because I could, and I'd do it again! So far, my favorite things to put this sauce on are eggs, just about any slice of pizza, and a hamburger with Munster cheese (To me the word cheeseburger implies American "cheese"... I just can't bring myself to tarnish a good burger by risking it being associated with that substance.)”

“This sauce is amazing, wish I would have known about it sooner. I use it on all breakfast foods, rice, chicken, mexican ,etc. I cannot see this sauce disappointing anyone honestly. Definitely worth a try!”

“All 3 of the Los Calientes I’ve tried are 5 star. My son and I go through it so fast you need to make bigger bottles. A unique flavor with some heat and some sweet.”

“Mexican style flavoring nice heat profile, every now and the. Cath he’s you with a hotter bite, I love this hot sauce. I use on Mexican type plates tacos burritos etc., great with eggs and bacon”
