“This is one of the best tasting sauces I've ever had. It's a mild/ medium sauce. I use this as a break from the hotter sauces when I want less heat. The flavor pairs with just about anything. In my opinion it's best on chicken, pork, and eggs. 10 out of 10 for me.”

“This one is ok as a beginner sauce. It is good mostly on chicken. I really don't use it for much. I like the hotter stuff. The flavor is a decent blend of peppers. The Serrano, and Tomatillo are the first ones I notice. ( I make home made enchiladas using these peppers for my sauce.) The Habanero, not so much. The Cumin leaves a little aftertaste.”

“This is a fantastic sauce. It is full of flavor (very true to the description), has a delightful kick without being unpleasant, and is fairly versatile. Of the things I have tried, it is fantastic on eggs and hashbrowns, and is now a staple in my guacamole recipe. I purchased another bottle shortly after opening my first, and I want to keep it on-hand as often as possible.”

“While certainly not the hottest, this sauce has an amazing flavor that elevates everything it touches! I’ve used it to make variations of Buffalo chicken dip, on tacos, Swiss Rösti, chicken, pork, etc. it is VERY versatile and “family friendly.” I ordered a bottle of the original and the Roja with my first Heatonist order, finished them both within a week, and had to reorder. I just received my second shipment with two additional bottles of each! This will be a staple in our house, for sure!”

“after years of watching this sauce on hot ones I finally got myself a bottle. My only sadness is that it took me so long to find the most perfect hour sauce for my pallet. The spice, the flavor, the consistency. I love it. I’m ordering more right now because I’m almost out. And usually hot sauce lasts me a lot longer. It’s surprisingly good on eggs, amazing on chicken and fantastic on a hamburger.”
