A great hot sauce to have in your fridge at all times. Some time ago, this was Sriracha for me, nowadays, it is the Classic. I enjoy it's thinner consistency, compared to the thicker ones at the end of the lineup (6+). Hack - very good on popcorn! Seems strange, I know, but I dare you to try it out ;)

After watching so much of the show I had to try a few of these sauces. I was waiting for them in the mail with anticipation but when I finally tried it it was lacking flavour. Honestly, I prefer Chulula by far. My wife makes hot sauce and so far no other sauce comes close.

for being a low level heat this guy packs some flavors! it should be on everyone's shelf! Its almost gone already! Better make a larger bottle of this one!

Great low heat, much better flavor than a general diner hot sauce for everything from eggs to pizza.

I tried this one as a starter for Heatonist Hot Sauces. In my opinion its OK but really nothing special. The style is very much like Franks but better than Tabasco. I use it when I'm just looking for something mild.

This one is good, and it's got a bit more flavor than more traditional Hot Sauces. It's a mild hot sauce you can use to replace or along side Crystal. It's not spicy at all, just tangy and I bet you could make a great buffalo wing sauce with this too.
