“As someone who likes the flavor of hot sauces but can't handle much heat (medium at buffalo wild wings is as hot as I dare to go), this sauce is just about perfect. I'd rate it somewhere between cholula and sriracha in terms of heat. It does build a bit but never gets painful even if you try it straight. The flavor is very bright and fruity without being overly acidic and it goes well on almost everything.”

“I like the flavor but it's not hot enough for me. My wife who hates spice actually likes this sauce. Unfortunately for her though I added a little bit of da bomb to the bottle to add some heat.”

“I love this product. It has a great middle taste and is great for a low key spice. My only issue is after sitting for a bit it completely separates and must me shaken to return to the original consistency. It is still a great product.”
