Hi Bras, Thanks for ordering and so glad you like the sauce! All the sauces we source are made by hand by small batch makers (read: small business owners!) with high quality ingredients, so they do tend to cost more than say grocery store brands. We do our best to support the small makers and value their hard work!

“By far my favorite hot sauce of all time, not super hot, but tasty as all hell, bought it because watching Hot Ones, everyone liked this sauce, bought one, killed it, then bought three, and had to give two away to family because they loved it too”

“This hot sauce is pretty close to vinegar and food coloring. No real flavor, a tiny bit of heat but just watery. Trying to get some flavor out of this you'll end up dumping a quarter of bottle on one meal. Basically useless.”

Oh no, I'm sorry to hear you feel that way! This one is supposed to be in the style of classic American hot sauces, which are super simple, vinegar-forward and highlight the chilis. If you check the product description again, this sauce only has seven ingredients and the first one is vinegar! It's supposed to be our mildest sauce (it's 1/10 in the Hot Ones lineup). Also please note we don't carry anything with food coloring or artificial preservatives. :)
