“Solid, great Reaper flavor. I love the Last Dab series for their flavors along with having the right consistency/viscosity. The heat in this one is intense, but it distributes well, not nailing you in any one particular location or way. I'd say heat level is 9 out of 10. A great sauce for spreading around in dishes like beans and rice, or in a pasta red sauce.”

“I prefer the original Last Dab. The pepper in this version throws the flavor off. The original is the best hot sauce that I've ever tasted. This version is just okay.”

“Had to try it to see for myself, not as bad as I expected but it is still pretty hot. I’m not a huge fan of a lotta heat myself, usually a medium type guy, just got this on a lark to see how bag a big dab could be compared to a little dab…now I see why Sean says “oh boy” or something when a bit extra drops on the wing, this stuff is no joke!”

So sorry to hear this wasn't your cup of tea! With its robust cumin, ginger, and mustard, the Last Dab definitely has a specific flavor. If you haven't yet, I highly recommend trying it on a supersized burrito or burger. Reaper pepper also has a very distinct flavor compared to other peppers. “This is just about as hot as the XXX but I find it to be the superior product. It has less vinegar in it, and it really packs that Carolina Reaper flavor that anyone new to this would wish to have lasted longer before that heat kicked in! I hope you guys don't remove this off the shop menu. Keep it!”
