“I also received the wrong sauce unfortunately. I’m sure Heatonist will do right and fix this as they have been awesome with all my prior orders but it seems like I’m not the only one who this happened to. I’d hate to not receive my order because of this mistake.”

“I’ve been so excited to try this hot sauce and I ordered it right when they released it on the website. Everything went smoothly and I was happy to purchase two of the Last Dab XXX. Suprsingly, it shipped quickly and when I opened it I received two of The Classic! It’s really sad that I’m not the only one in this situation. It makes me mistrust the company because it all sounds really sketchy. So obviously I haven’t tried it but I don’t think all this hassle is going to be worth it....”

“I seem to be one of the lucky people that actually got the correct bottle. sauce is definitely not a joke! Extreme heat with tons of flavor. If I had to compare it to anything, it almost tastes like Wingstop atomic sauce except better flavor and a bit hotter.”

“I have just received my shipment of the last dab xxx and when I opened the boxes, I had a bottle of the classic instead. I continue to have problems with this company and this will probably be the last time I order anything from here, including the monthly subscription.”

“Interesting to see i wasnt the only one who got the classic instead of the last 2x bottles of the last dab xxx. Heatonist you need to make this right . The one thing that really burns is i told my friends to order it after me and they got their bottles....”

“See a lot of similar reviews. I got two classics and e-mailed them. Two hours later, I got an e-mail saying that they had dispatched the correct hot sauces. Thanks for the quick resolution. Those 1 star reviews aren't helpful at all by the way. They made a mistake and rectified it.”
