“Got my shipping notification 11 days ago, tracking information has not moved. Customer service responded and said it was on its way a week ago, still no change in the tracking and no delivery. I'd love to do an actual review for the stuff, if I ever actually get my hands on it.”

“It's hot. It's obviously not extract hot.But it's still pretty dang hot. More importantly, it's really tasty. There's nothing I hate more than a hot sauce that is just pure heat and tastes like crap.”

“Ordered product in early October, when i got the email that it was back in stock. They sent me a confirmation email and a shipping email with tracking. It still says confirmed October 15th....been in contact with customer service through email multiple times. First it was an OOPS my bad thing where even though i received the confirmation and tracking , they said i would receive an updated confirmation and tracking...waited a week, never received either so i email them back and 4 days after the email, they reply that it was delivered, but it wasn't...I have requested to cancel my order twice and they have not....BEWARE, they will steal your money and not even care! I ordered this as a gift, never got it, wont refund my money and wont even at least apologize.”

“Bought two bottles, one to have at home, and one to carry around in my bag. Opened a bottle to try, and had all of my co-workers crowding around for a taste. Wonderful burn, and the fade of the flavors is amazing! Proud to add it to my home line up.”
