“I bought it with shipping to germany and compared it to the black widow ("schwarze witwe") from chili-shop24 which isn't supposed to be nearly as hot, but was indeed way hotter than this one”

Oh no! So sorry to hear that! The number one reason for people to think the sauce is not hot is because they treat it like an extract sauce and use too little. You're meant to use about 1 tablespoon per serving, so enough to well coat a wing, plus a dab on top. Giving the bottles a good shake also helps!
